Casa en venta en Los Sitios, Centro Habana, La Habana

I am selling the house for a price of 9000 USD (with the possibility of negotiation with cash in hand), with the option for adjustment, street door, water and gas from the street. LIVING ROOM/kitchen/dining room/a space where we have a small room/bathroom/bedroom. Wooden and rubber floor barbecue, two rooms the same size as the downstairs room. On the right side of the house, we have a personal internal hallway that goes from the kitchen to the last room, and right at the end, there is a mini pool for children (jacuzzi type) and an elevated tank. The house is fenced.
