The service

Cuba Habitat is free to use. We are not a party to any sale, we do not hold money, and we do not confirm that a seller has title. Listings are written by owners, agents, or, when a partner has given written permission, by an import. You must check the property yourself with a Cuban notary.

Your listing

You may only advertise a sale you have the right to offer. You give Cuba Habitat permission to display the text and photos you upload. We may refuse, unpublish, or edit nothing of substance, but we may remove a listing that breaks these terms. Do not put contact details in the description.

Sanctions

You are responsible for your own compliance with US sanctions and Cuban law. The site does not help anyone evade sanctions.

The site is provided as available. Locations on the map are approximate on purpose.
